Upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The open loft has a TV area plus two single beds. The large sofa in the living room will accommodate one person for sleeping. Real wood floors in all rooms except two. You will have access to all 44 acres of the ranch. We have approximately 35 acres of open fields plus 9 acres of mature hardwood forest. We maintain walking/ATV trails, but, the remainder is tall grass to help attract wildlife. Bring your ATVs/UTVs, dirt bikes, and horses to explore the ranch! There's a small creek that runs through the center of the ranch. Cell service is good and we have fast unlimited wifi for streaming movies. We don't currently have horse stalls available, but, feel free to bring a portable corral system if you have horses.
