Senior Human Resources Technical Analyst in Maryville, TN area. This is a Direct Hire position!
Responsibilities:
o Provides top level functional and technical support related to Oracle EBS applications, database and reporting tools to affiliate Superusers and other HR professional subject matter experts in support of all North America end users.
o Performs system set-up, application configuration, testing, and implementation activities in support of ongoing HR processes.
o Provides top-level functional and technical Oracle system support to affiliates.
o Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems related to application and/or system configuration.
o Functions as lead technical expert for specific modules or functions (e.g., OAB, PM, CWB, systems/network, inter faces, etc.) in supporting NA affiliates.
o Manages system projects and coordinates activities of affiliate Superusers, HR subject matter experts, developer, and third party vendors.
o Manages and gives direction on system related aspects of projects, including module implementation or Kaizen efforts, or cyclical processes such as open enrollment, PMP, merit increases, etc.
o Identifies and documents customer requirements and analyzes feasibility. Configures, develops and/or modifies system enhancements and maintains appropriate systems documentation, as appropriate.
o Leads data conversion/load efforts associated with implementation and ongoing processes.
o Develops test strategies and leads testing associated with new implementations, cyclical ongoing processes, and third party interfaces. o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
o At least five years of progressively more responsible HR systems support experience.
o Experience leading and configuring open enrollment cycles in Oracle E Business Suite
o Gone through implementation of HR modules in Oracle
