We are searching for a friendly, energetic and welcoming personality to greet and register our patients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Patient check-in/check-out.
Appointment confirmation.
Insurance verification and updates.
Entering of patient information.
Insurance billing.
Collection of payments.
Required skills:
1 year experience in a medical/dental office setting preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone voice.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Fluency with computer and office technology.
Strong attention to details.
Willingness to cross-train with other front office positions.
Willingness to participate in continuing education to expand knowledge of current and developing dental treatments.
