Diagnose structural foundation, concrete leveling, and crawl space or basement waterproofing issues.
Based on your findings, create & present proposals to client's on-site Review proposal with clients and provide them with details of your assessment.
Complete all proper documentation and payment/financing information for appointments and projects.
Requirements To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Impeccably organized self-starter who can multi-task.
Previous experience in our industry, or real estate, home inspection, home improvement, HVAC, windows, siding or roofing is a plus Verifiable sales experience required, in-home sales experience is a major plus.
Stellar customer service skills, with a willingness to go above and beyond for your clients Exceptional written & verbal communication skills Internet & Computer savvy:
Experience with cloud based software systems; Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
As a sales representative for American Foundation & Waterproofing, you will conduct in-home/on-site inspections, and provide clients with a thorough description of their property's issues, and your recommendations to solve them and why.
All of your leads are incoming, pre-screened/qualified, and appointments are scheduled by the company.
There is no cold calling necessary.
