Prepares loan packages and documentation in accordance with establishment guidelines and policies by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepares closing loan package necessary for individual loan types in accordance with Bank guidelines.
o Ensures timely movement and closing of approved loans through the pipeline.
Contacts Title Companies, Attorneys, Loan Officers, Appraisers and Insurance Companies to obtain documentation necessary to close loans.
o Monitors loan status on a continual basis to ensure that timely standards are achieved.
o Reviews all preliminary documents provided from attorney/title company to include but not limited to:
Title binder, Deed of Trust, and Closing Statements.
o Complies with Banks Policies and Procedures, as well as regulatory compliance.
o Keeps abreast of industry regulations and changes.
