We are looking for someone who is a SELF-STARTER, kind, detail-oriented, hard-working, and technologically proficient.
This position is mostly remote with supplemental Zoom or in person meetings as needed so this person needs to be LOCAL.
Hours would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm however we are very flexible with hours as long as deadlines and client needs are met.
We specialize in small to medium sized businesses, with 0-50 employees.
Job Duties:
Bookkeeping/Data Entry for multiple companies at one time Account Reconciliations on a monthly basis or as needed Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data Accounts payable & receivable Bookkeeping clean up & catch up work Administrative duties QBO Conversions Requirements:
Ability to meet deadlines Strong verbal and communication skills Self driven You MUST have your own computer and internet access 5
years experience in bookkeeping for a variety of different industries/entities Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online is a must QuickBooks certification is a plus Must be able to work and make accurate decisions on your own.
Critical thinking and the ability to know what questions to ask and how to ask those questions correctly is the backbone of this position.
Knowledge of tax forms and tax reporting (such as 1099's, W-2's,ect) is a plus Prior tax experience with Drake a plus Job Type:
