Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team.
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and reset them for the next guest - Process payments using cash register and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining area - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking - Ability to provide outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment - Time management skills to ensure efficient service We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
