This role is critical to the overall operations of our company.
Job Summary This position will function as first-level call center support for the processing and tracking of catering orders, assisting guests with large orders and events, and supporting our operations team.
This role will also assist with production support of incoming customer feedback in Guest Relations and supporting restaurant operators with 3rd party delivery operations.

Maryville, TN Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for processing catering orders in a call center environment.
Communicate with guests regarding their experience in our restaurants.
Always communicate clearly, calmly, and represent the company in a polite and professional manner at all times when working with customers and restaurants operators via phone, email, and online.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekends.
Multi-task in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Clarify and assess customer's needs and offer effective solutions in a positive manner.
Listen to customer feedback/needs and respond with empathy.
Ability to resolve escalated guest issues professionally to ensure excellent customer service.
Create catering menus based on criteria provided by the guest.
Ability to grow catering sales.
Ability to handle large sums of money and comply with PCI rules and regulations.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Committed to working in a team environment maintaining professionalism and open communication daily.

Requirements:
Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple different CRM platforms efficiently.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
Ability to perform data entry efficiently.
Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills.
Education and Experience High school or equivalent.
Minimum two years experience in a customer service environment.
Prior Call-Center experience is preferred.
Travel N/A.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
