Experience in a veterinary office is required.
Ideal candidate must be able to take the initiative, work well with others, and have excellent communication skills.
We are seeking an outgoing, dependable, flexible employee who loves animals and can multi-task.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds unassisted.
Professional appearance required.
Some weekends required.
Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Patient care Animal restraint and handling Assist veterinarians with appointments Assist veterinarians with radiographs, surgery, and dental procedures Prepare and monitor patients under anesthesia Admit and discharge patients Fill prescriptions Prepare vaccines for administration Kennel maintenance Maintain medical records Occasional reception duties (answering phones, making appointments, addressing client questions) Job Type:
