Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system, screen and route calls as appropriate.
Meet and greet all visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person.
Performs other clerical duties (i.
e.
, filing, photocopying, scheduling, opening and closing files, invoicing/billing, drafting correspondence, and other duties as assigned).
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
Qualifications:
1
years of receptionist experience is preferred.
Legal knowledge is a plus.
Customer service skills are preferred.
Computer skills are preferred (i.
e.
, typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
).
Comfortable with answering calls and transferring as appropriate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
Self-starter, organized, able to follow written and verbal instructions.
