This key employee has a multi-faceted role that requires the ability to present and communicate professionally in addressing the needs of our on-line and in-store customer base.
The Customer Service and Operations Associate oversees product inventory, ordering, and the sales process while managing all direct customer correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have a history of excellent customer service skills, a moderate to excellent ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, have some experience with data entry, and a base knowledge of QuickBooks (Desired but not required).
An in-depth knowledge of firearms and a high level of comfort with the self-defense and every-day-carry industry is REQUIRED to be eligible for this role.
Candidates with military or law enforcement experience are welcomed.
