Responsibilities:
General Description:
Responsible for providing activity coordination for daily work and facilitating multiple projects with designated PM.
This position will have interaction with subcontractors, vendors, design professionals and clients.
This position provides key communication on a multitude of fronts to ensure that the expectations of all parties are met and/or exceeded.
Specific organization reporting to the main office will vary by project, however, it is the Project Coordinator's responsibility to know and cleary understand this communication and organization protocol at the Project Orientation meeting Specific Responsibilites:
Accurate word processing, purchase order compilation and general spreadsheet operations to include proofreading, and distribution of completed documents Gather information from Subcontractors, Architects, etc.
to maintain updates to schedule with PM Assist team members with work in MS Office programs and Procore Monitor project progress daily.
Provide updates to supervisor on schedule and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate 100% attendance at subcontractor progress meetings onsite and ensure notes of the same are forwarded to all team members Prepare committments for review Prepare invoices for review in Paperless Track and provide feedback regarding budget impact to appropriate parties Help prepare project deliverables schedule and collect samples as needed to expedite project flow.
Distribute to Design Teams regularly.
Create new job folders as required including copies of project manuals and shop drawings.
Process agenda for meetings and notes of same as requested by Project Superintendent or Project Manager.
Notify field teams when deliveries are received for their project.
Ensure same is safely stored until a pick up can be arranged Assist PM's in preparing and meeting with clients.
Perform site inventory of materials on hand and take offs of materials needed for upcoming work as needed and requested by supervisor.
Contact subs and vendors and obtain quotes on various items and services as directed.
Summarize and present findings to supervisor.
Maintain accurate records and paperwork for all temporary employees assigned to the area and process invoices for same in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist Vice President of Operations and Project Managers as needed.
Gather information from Subcontractors, Architects, etc.
to create schedules.
Maintain project documentation and distribute as needed.
Maintain confidentiallity at all times.
Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein but as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain neat appearance conducive to a professional office environment and keep work area clean in accordance with safety policy.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
General Description:
Construction experience is required.
General knowledge of framing and trim, and the ability to read blue prints REQUIRED.
Work with various types of materials of both fibrous and metallic nature will be a regular requirement of this project.
The ability to work between various materials is strongly encouraged.
Specific Requirements:
Valid Drivers License Procore Project Manager Certifications required Proficient with Excel, Word, MS Office, MS Project and web based applications Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and non-verbal methods with both internal and external customers High school diploma or GED Ability to work independently to carry out the scope of the project with minimal oversight and assistance from supervisor Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to walk on a roof during and after construction with proper Personal Protection Equipment Must be able to work on elevated platforms Must be able to navigate through low clearance crawl spaces Must be able to navigate through a standard truss framed attic Must be able to work outdoor in climatic environments standard for the region Must have 20/40 natural or corrected vision Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
