Our commercial customers include local small business, retail establishments, industrial facilities as well as commercial leased properties.
SBHA is always looking for hard working individuals to fill roles as installers and technicians.
Our installers work on new construction and replacing units in existing buildings.
Our technicians supply HVAC system maintenance and diagnostic and repairs on existing systems.
Our office is located at 603 Calderwood Highway, Maryville, Tennessee, and our primary service area includes Blount, Knox, Loudon, & Monroe Counties.
Summary of Job:
This position is responsible for responding to customer calls & inquiries; routing messages to the appropriate manager; dispatch and other duties as assigned.
Work Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week) between the hours of 7:
00 am to 5:
00 pm Monday thru Friday.
Exact hours will be finalized when offer is made.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer front-line requests (by phone, email or in person) Respond promptly to daily customer calls & requests Provide excellent service to customers, co-workers, and vendors Create service/maintenance requests, invoices, customer records as needed Dispatch service/maintenance to technicians in the field Work with managers to address customer concerns Schedule service/maintenance calls to customers Edit daily transactions in data systems Update data bases from each service/maintenance ticket Maintain accurate & complete customer account records Post credits to customer accounts as directed Maintain filing & process systems Track equipment orders and deliveries Prepare/send invoices Present a professionally appropriate appearance.

Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred 2
years of experience in an office setting preferred Experience with dispatch is a plus Skills and Abilities:
Understands and is comfortable with computers, e-mail, and database systems Detail oriented Exhibits a positive attitude and manages stressful situations well Excellent grasp of grammar & language Is highly organized and can follow instructions Works well with others Preference given to applicants living within 10 miles of office location Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
