Description: PC Support Development Job
Responsibilities:
-Responds to calls to address end user concerns/requests for hardware and software support
-Provide software support (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, etc.)as necessary
-Loads all required software, backup user data from PC prior to repair or equipment upgrade, testing PC and software for functionality before sending out to users
-Troubleshoots desktop/laptop equipment repair as needed
-Sets up equipment at user-s desk
-Moves equipment as required
-Runs cable as required
-Configures and deploys desktop and laptop images for all company PCs as created for each standard PC and desktop type/model
-Deploys software or system updates as required
-Creates documents and procedures for standard tasks, such as updates for non-standard software
-Works with peripheral equipment to support use of hand held devices and printers as required
-Performs hardware and software installation, upgrades and system enhancements
-Participate in project activities or system enhancements as needed
-Performs other tasks as assigned
Web Development Job Responsibilities
-Troubleshooting Internet and Intranet system problems as directed by IT Director; coding programs according to company specifications for fixes/enhancements
-Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications
-Ability to code web applications from design specifications, following internal coding standards, under the direction of IT Director
-Ability to isolate complex problems using internal and external tools
-Ability to resolve web application logic errors
-Ability to distinguish between system, application and procedural problems
-Determine and change all document sources affected by updates or changes in the Web application
-Prepare documentation for new or existing system or system modifications
-Advise users on routine questions related to the Web application (e.g., completing transactions, selecting options, and features).
-Keep users informed of forthcoming enhancements and product changes by announcements, release schedules, and discussing changes
-Monitor the user satisfaction with the Web application features and functions
-Explain technical problems to non-technical users
-Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Job Requirements:
-Associates degree in PC field required
-Bachelor-s degree is preferred.
-Knowledge of Windows operating environment.
-Knowledge of Web Design, and Web Architecture
-Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand or walk; climb ladders or stairs; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to focus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
